Objective To study the effect of hierarchical management model on the sleep disorder nursing management of patients with cerebral infraction. Methods 118 cases of cerebral infraction patients in our hospital from March 2015 to Februaty 2017 were randomly extracted and divided into two groups, the control group used the routine sleep management, while the observation group used the hierarchical management, and the improvement of sleep of the two groups was observed. Results The nursing management satisfactory degree, sleep quality, ASHQ sleep factor value, NIHSS score and FMA score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the length of stay in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical management model can obviously improve the sleep disorder of patients with cerebral infraction, and the clinical application value is high.
