“健康中国”背景下基于医疗纠纷的医患合作机制

摘要
《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》提出建立现代公立医院管理制度。为推动规划纲要的实施,构建和谐有效的医患合作机制,减轻上级主管部门的信访维稳压力,有必要针对新型医患合作机制进行探索研究。综合各学术观点,以实际医疗纠纷案例数据为研究出发点,分析近年来医患合作机制的特征及发展趋势,探索其演变原因及改进策略。从医患合作的角度探讨如何改进公立医院在医疗纠纷方面的管理对策。
The Outline of the Plan for "Healthy China 2030" has proposed to establish a modern public hospital management system. In order to promote the implementation of the outline of the plan, to build a harmonious and effective mechanism for cooperation between doctors and patients, and lighten the pressure on the superior departments from Letters and Complaints and Maintenance of Stability, it is necessary to conduct research on a new type of cooperation mechanism between doctors and patients. This paper references various academic viewpoints and takes the data of actual medical dispute cases as foundation, analyzes the characteristics and developmental trends of the doctor-patient cooperation mechanism in recent years, and explores the reasons for its evolution and improvement strategy. More importantly, this paper explores how to improve management measures of public hospitals in medical dispute from the perspective of doctor-patient cooperation.
