干旱胁迫对3种披碱草属牧草光合特性的影响

摘要
在干旱胁迫条件下对垂穗披碱草、老芒麦和圆柱披碱草光合特性进行分析,比较其抗旱性强弱。结果表明:3种禾草叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、水分利用效率(WUE)随干旱胁迫程度的增加呈现不同程度降低,而CO_2浓度(Ci)在干旱胁迫过程中变化较小。在重度干旱胁迫(第8~10d)时,垂穗披碱草的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、CO_2浓度最高,其次老芒麦,圆柱披碱草最低;而老芒麦的叶片气孔导度显著高于垂穗披碱草和圆柱披碱草(P<0.05)。综合得出,垂穗披碱草对干旱的适应性较强,是一种较耐旱的牧草,可在干旱半干旱地区推广种植。
        The photosynthetic characteristics of Elymus sibiricus,Elymus nutans and Elymus cylindricus were analyzed under drought stress conditions.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs)and water use efficiency(WUE)of the three grasses decreased with the increase of drought stress,while the CO_2 concentration(Ci)changes little during drought stress.In severe drought stress,the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and CO_2 concentration of Elymus nutans were the highest,followed by Elymus sibiricus,and the stomatal conductance of Elymussibiricuswas significantly higher than Elymus nutans and Elymus cylindricus(P<0.05).In summary:Elymus nutans has stronger drought-tolerant than other forage grasses,and it can be planted in arid and semi-arid areas.
