摘要

随着乡村战略的实施,社会对农业科研工作重视程度的不断提升和科研项目数量的日益增加,加大了科研项目管理工作量,对项目管理方式方法提出了更高要求。简述农业科研院所科研项目管理内容和功能,提出强化管理人员服务意识,提高管理人员业务能力水平,遵循科研规律和动态管理原则,构建项目动态管理体系,实行项目动态管理,注重项目环节评估监督等对策,进而提升农业科研单位科研项目的立项率、结项率、验收优秀率和成果转化率,促进科研实力的提升。
        With the implementation of rural strategy, the society attaches great importance to agricultural scientific research and the number of scientific research projects is increasing, which increases the workload of scientific research project management and puts forward high requirements for project management methods. This paper briefly introduced the content and function of scientific research project management in agricultural research institutes, and proposed to strengthen the service consciousness of management personnel,improve the professional ability of management personnel, follow the scientific research rules and dynamic management principles,construct the project dynamic management system, implement the project dynamic management, and pay attention to the evaluation and supervision of project links. Then we will improve the approval rate, completion rate, acceptance rate and achievement conversion rate of scientific research projects of agricultural research institutions, and promote their scientific research strength.
