气相色谱质谱法测定合成革与人造革废气中11种挥发性有机物

摘要
建立了气相色谱质谱法测定合成革与人造革废气中11种挥发性有机物的方法。采用活性炭采样管采集气体,CS2溶剂解吸后进样,经毛细管色谱柱分离,质谱检测器定性和定量。结果表明,11种物质的质量浓度在1.47~179 mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995~0.9999,检出限为0.02~0.07 mg/L,采样体积为10 L时,方法的最低检出浓度为0.002~0.007 mg/m3,重复性测定6次的相对标准偏差为1.2%~2.9%,相对误差为-2.4%~2.2%。通过对活性炭管解吸效率和采样效率的试验,解吸效率为75.1%~96.8%,采样效率为71.0%~94.4%,已用于合成革与人造革生产过程废气样品的测定。同时本法还可用于测定废气中的其它挥发性有机物。
        A GC-MS for the determination of 11 kinds of volatile organic compounds in synthetic leather and artificial leather waste gas was establishedby using activated charcoal sample tube for collecting gas,carbon disulfide solvent desorption before sampling,separationby capillary column,and qualitationand quantitationwith mass spectrometry detector. 11 kinds of substanceshave a good linear relationshipin the range of 1. 47 ~ 179 mg /L withthe linear correlation coefficient of 0. 9995 ~ 0. 9999,the detection limit of 0. 02 ~ 0. 07 mg/L,and the minimum detection concentration of 0. 002 ~ 0. 007 mg/m3 when the sampling volume was 10 L. The relative standard deviations(n = 6) were 1. 2 ~ 2. 9% and the relative errors were-2. 4% ~ 2. 2%. The desorption efficiency of activated carbon tube and the sampling efficiency test was studied. The desorption efficiency was75. 1% ~ 96. 8%,and the sampling efficiency was 71% ~ 94. 4%. The method can be used for the determination of synthetic leather and artificial leather waste gas with satisfactory results. At the same time,this method can be used for determination of other volatile organic compoundsin waste gas.
