摘要

从人员、设备、工艺文件、环境、过程监控等方面,分析了汽车涂装过程的质量控制。概述了影响汽车漆面涂装质量的因素,如预处理不足,不利于延长汽车的使用寿命;涂料质量不良,耐腐蚀性能差,影响使用效果;涂装工艺落后,涂装操作依然以半手工操作为主;涂装管理不善,不利于汽车漆面涂装工作的有效开展。从提高磷化质量、优化涂料选择、改进涂装工艺、加强涂装管理等方面,提出了提高汽车漆面涂装质量的解决对策,以期解决汽车涂装过程中产生的问题,提高汽车漆面涂装质量,增强产品在市场中的竞争力。
        The quality control of automobile painting process is analyzed from the aspects of personnel,equipment,process documents,environment and process monitoring. The factors affecting the painting quality of automotive paint are summarized,such as insufficient pretreatment,which is not conducive to prolonging the service life of automobiles;poor paint quality,poor corrosion resistance,affecting the use effect; backward painting process,painting operation is still mainly semi-manual operation; poor painting management,which is not conducive to the effective development of automotive paint painting work. From the aspects of improving phosphating quality, optimizing paint selection,improving painting process and strengthening painting management,the countermeasures to improve the quality of automobile paint surface painting are put forward. It is hoped to solve the problems in the process of automobile painting,improve the quality of automobile painting and enhance the competitiveness of products in the market.
