摘要
针对催化裂化再生烟气的特点,福建龙净进行了充分的实地考察和研究,自主研发了适用于催化裂化再生烟气多组分污染物协同治理的FSC干式超净工艺,并将其成功应用于荆门石化和清江石化项目上,开创了国内外首个催化裂化再生烟气治理采用(半)干法工艺的先例.FSC干式超净工艺可实现脱硫效率≥98%,SO_2≤35mg/m~3,粉尘≤5mg/m~3的超低排放指标,并且具有SO_3气溶胶、重金属、NO_x等多组分污染物协同脱除的功能,排烟透明,不会形成废水二次污染,为国内外催化裂化再生烟气多组分污染物的协同治理提供有力的技术支持.
        In response to the characteristics of the catalytic cracking regeneration flue gas,Longjing has carried out the on-the-spot investigation and study sufficiently,develop their own FSC dry super clean technology to treat different groups and different pollutants and successfully apply it in Jingmen petrochemical and Qingjiang petrochemical projects,creating a precedent for(semi)dry superclean technology at home and abroad.FSC dry super clean technology can realize the goal of 98% of desulfurization efficiency or higher,ultra-low emissions index with SO_2≤35mg/m~3,dust≤5mg/m~3 collaborative removal of multicomponent pollutants including SO_3 aerosol,heavy metals,NO_X and so on This technology provides a powerful technical support for collaborative governance of catalytic cracking regeneration flue gas at home and abroad as the smoke is transparent,without any secondary pollution of waste water.
