瑞舒伐他汀联合替米沙坦对原发性中重度高血压患者的治疗效果及心室重构的影响

摘要
目的:探讨中重度原发性高血压(Primary hypertension,pHT)老年患者使用瑞舒伐他汀联合替米沙坦治疗的效果及心室重构的影响。方法:随机数字表法将我科2017年2月至2018年2月收治的113例中重度pHT患者分为2组,对照组患者给予替米沙坦80 mg Qd口服治疗(n=56),观察组57例加服瑞舒伐他汀10 mg Qd,对比两组患者治疗半年后血压、血脂水平并经心脏彩超检测并对比两组患者治疗前后心室重构情况等。结果:观察组半年末收缩压(Systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(Diastolic blood pressure, DBP)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density lipoprotein, LDL)、总胆固醇(Cholestero,CHOL)、室间隔厚度(Interventricular septum,IVST)、左室后壁舒张末期厚度(Left ventricular posterior wall end diastolic thickness,LVPWT)、左室舒张末期内径(Left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDd)及颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(Intima-media thickness,IMT)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(High density lipoprotein,HDL)高于对照组,且上述指标治疗前后改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合替米沙坦可明显改善中重度pHT老年患者血脂及血压水平,延缓并逆转其心室重构过程,安全有效。
Objective: To investigate the effects of rosuvastatin combined with telmisartan on elderly patients with moderate to severe essential hypertension(pHT). Methods: Randomized digital table method was used to divide 113 patients with moderate to severe pHT into two groups. The control group(n=56) received oral treatment with telmisartan 80 mg Qd. The observation group(n=57) was treated with rosuvastatin 10 mg Qd. The blood pressure and blood lipids of the two groups was compared after treatment for six months. The ventricular remodeling was compared before and after treatment. Results: Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, low-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, interventricular septum thickness, left ventricular posterior wall end diastolic thickness and carotid intima-media thickness of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The high density lipoprotein of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. And the improvement of the above indicators before and after treatment of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Rosuvastatin combined with telmisartan can significantly improve the blood lipids and blood pressure in patients with moderate to severe pHT, delay and reverse the process of ventricular remodeling.
