摘要

目的探讨鼻腔鼻窦畸胎癌肉瘤的治疗效果。方法回顾分析我院2018年1月收治的1名鼻腔鼻窦畸胎癌肉瘤患者,行鼻内镜下鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤切除术,之后接受放化疗。结果随访1年,未见肿瘤复发。结论彻底切除肿瘤并给予放化疗可有效治疗鼻腔鼻窦畸胎癌肉瘤。
        Objective To study the therapeutic effectiveness of sinonasal terato carcinosarcoma. Methods Review a case of sinonasal terato carcinosarcoma in our hospital in January 2018 retrospectively, which received endoscopic resection of nasal and sinus tumors and then chemoradiotherapy. Results We followed up the case for 1 year and found no recurrence. Conclusion It is crucial to completely remove the tumor and give chemoradiotherapy.
