摘要
目的研究甲状腺破骨细胞样巨细胞性未分化癌临床病理及分子病理特征。方法选择100例德州市陵城区人民医院病理科甲状腺破骨细胞样巨细胞性未分化癌患者作为该次研究病人或研究对象(选取时间为2017年6月—2018年8月),对其实施手术切除、免疫组化染色和甲状腺基因突变检测,分析其基因突变位点。结果100例患者中,出现KRAS、NRAS、PIK3CA基因突变,突变率分别为20.00%、1.50、1.60、2.20。结论甲状腺破骨细胞样巨细胞性未分化癌为一类高度侵袭性肿瘤,预后较差,以肉瘤样改变作为组织形态学,应加以重视。
        Objective To study the clinicopathological and molecular pathological features of thyroid osteoclast-like giant cell undifferentiated carcinoma. Methods A total of 100 cases of thyroid osteoclast-like giant cell undifferentiated carcinoma of the Department of Pathology, Lingcheng People's Hospital, Dezhou were selected as the patients or subjects of study(selected from June 2017 to August 2018). Excision, immunohistochemical staining and thyroid gene mutation detection were used to analyze the gene mutation sites. Results KRAS, NRAS, and PIK3CA gene mutations occurred in 100 patients, and the mutation rates were 20.00%, 1.50, 1.60, and 2.20%, respectively. Conclusion Thyroid osteoblast-like giant cell undifferentiated carcinoma is a kind of highly invasive tumor with poor prognosis. And there is sarcomatoid change in histomorphology, which should be valued.
