摘要
目的分析病理实验教学中融入临床病理案例讨论及临床病理科见习的教学效果,评估临床病理教学模式在病理教学中的应用价值。方法选取徐州医科大学2016级临床医学专业2个班共112人作为研究对象,按随机、双盲原则将其分为对照组及研究组,每组56例。对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用在传统教学基础上增加临床病理案例讨论及临床病理科见习模块。比较两组教学效果。结果研究组学生理论考试成绩、临床病理分析成绩及教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病理实验教学中运用临床病理教学模式对于学生提高病理学习兴趣、巩固理论知识、掌握临床病例的病理分析思路有积极意义。
        Objective To analyze the teaching effect of clinical pathology case discussion and clinical pathology internship in pathology experiment teaching, and to evaluate the application value of clinical pathology teaching mode in pathology teaching. Methods A total of 112 students from 2 classes of clinical medicine majored in grade 2016 of Xuzhou Medical University were selected as the study objects. The students were divided into control group and study group according to the principle of randomization and double blindness, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional teaching mode. The study group added the clinical pathology case discussion and the clinical pathology training module based on the traditional teaching. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results The records of theoretical examination and clinical pathological analysis and satisfaction for teaching of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical pathology teaching mode applied in pathology experiment teaching is of positive significance for students to improve their interest in pathology learning, consolidate their theoretical knowledge and grasp the thinking of pathological analysis of clinical cases.
