摘要

目的研究分析目标管理在普外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月该院普外科住院患者100例以及同期100名护理人员作为此次研究观察组,在护理管理工作中实施目标管理模式;与此同时搜集2016年1月—2017年1月未实施目标管理模式前100例普外科住院患者资料及100名相关护理人员相关信息作为此次研究对照组,分析比较两组目标管理实施前后护理质量,以及患者对护理满意度情况对比。结果研究数据分别显示实施目标管理模式后观察组护理质量明显优于未实施目标管理的对照组,同时观察组患者护理满意度情况显著高于对照组患者,组间各项数据均进行比对,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理方法的应用可以提高护理服务的效率,质量和患者满意度,减少护理错误的发生率,值得在临床科室的护理工作中推广和应用。
        Objective To study and analyze the application effect of target management in general nursing management.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 100 patients in general surgery in our hospital and 100 nursing staff in the same period were selected as the research observation group to implement the target management mode in the nursing management work. At the same time, from January 2016 to January 2017, the target management model was not implemented in the first 100 cases of general surgery inpatient data and 100 related nursing staff related information as the study control group, analysis and comparison of the two groups of target management before and after the implementation of care quality,and patient satisfaction with nursing situation was compared. Results The study data showed that the quality of nursing in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group without the target management. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the data were compared. The difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of target management method can improve the efficiency of nursing service, quality and patient satisfaction, reduce the incidence of nursing errors, and it is worthy of promotion and application in the nursing work of clinical departments.
