牙源性粘液瘤的ICD-10编码

摘要
目的通过分析牙源性粘液瘤及牙源性纤维粘液瘤的病因、病理和临床表现,探讨正确查找牙源性粘液瘤的ICD-10编码思路与方法。方法查阅某院2006年-2016年口腔颌面外科出院主要诊断包含"颌骨粘液瘤"的16份病案,对病案资料包括疾病的病因、临床表现、病理报告及病案首页填写的疾病诊断信息、编码情况进行回顾性分析。结果 16份病案中确诊为牙源性粘液瘤12例,牙源性纤维粘液瘤4例,出现了9份错误疾病编码,编码为M8840/0粘液瘤7例,编码为M8811/0纤维粘液瘤2例。结论编码人员要增强责任心,充分了解牙源性粘液瘤的相关医学知识,认真阅读病案,与临床及病理医师的沟通交流,加强对临床医师病案首页的填写,提高牙源性粘液瘤ICD-10编码的准确性。
Objective To explore the ICD-10 coding thoughts and Methods of finding odontogenic myxoma correctly, through analyzing the etiology, pathology and clinical manifestations of odontogenic myxoma and odontogenic fibromyxoma. Methods Refer to oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2006 to 2016 main diagnosis contain "myxoma of jaw " of sixteen medical records, the medical records including the cause of disease, clinical manifestations, pathology reports and medical records home page which fills in disease diagnosis information,coding were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 16 cases, 12 were diagnosed as odontogenic myxoma and 4 as odonto fibromyxoma. 9 miscoded cases were found, which were encoded as M8840/0 myxoma in 7 cases and M8811/0 fibrous myxoma in 2 case. Conclusions The coding staff should enhance their sense of responsibility, fully understand the relevant medical knowledge of odontogenic myxoma, carefully read the medical records,communicate with the clinical and pathologist, and strengthen the filling out of the first page of the medical record of the clinician. To improve the accuracy of icd-10 coding in odontogenic myxoma.
