2009～2018年太原市老年肺结核患者流行特征分析

摘要
目的了解太原市老年肺结核流行特征,为制定太原市老年人结核病防控策略提供依据。方法将2009～2018年结核病管理信息系统中活动性肺结核患者按照诊断结果进行统计分析。结果 10年间老年肺结核患者登记率、病原学阳性登记率呈逐年下降的趋势(P<0.05)。2009年老年病原学阳性肺结核患者195例、占全人群病原学阳性肺结核患者的17.11%;2018年65例、占23.90%;构成比呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.05)。老年肺结核男性1737例、占64.57%;女性953例、占35.43%;男女比例为1.82∶1。老年和全人群复治病原学阳性肺结核患者分别为68例(占5.56%)、355例(占5.44%),构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论太原市老年结核病疫情虽呈逐年下降趋势,但仍是太原市结核病防控工作的重点。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis(TB) among the elderly in Taiyuan city,so as to provide the evidence for developing the prevention and control strategy for elderly TB. Methods From the tuberculosis management information system,all active TB patients were statistically analyzed according to the diagnosis results in Taiyuan city during 2009-2018. Results The registration rate and the pathogen positive rate of elderly TB patients in the past 10 years decreased year by year(P<0.05).In 2009,there were 195 elderly TB patients,accounting for 17.11% of the total pathogenic positive TB;in 2018 there were 65 elderly patients,accounting for 23.90%.The proportion of elderly patients increased year by year(P<0.05).There were 1 737 male TB patients,accounting for 64.57%,and 953 female patients,accounting for 35.43%,male to female ratio was 1.82:1.There were 68 cases(5.56%) and 355 cases(5.44%) of pathogenic positive TB in the elderly and the whole population respectively,but there was no significant difference in the composition ratio(P>0.05). Conclusion Although the epidemic situation of TB among the elderly in Taiyuan city is decreasing year by year,it is still the focus of prevention and control of TB in Taiyuan city.
