摘要
基于煤用跳汰机气动驱动传统数控电磁风阀存在系统功率偏高,可靠性和稳定性较差,分选效率低,能耗高、污染大等问题,提出步进电机驱动的新型数控风阀,对其工作机理及现场应用做了详细的技术比较,为洗选煤企业跳汰机风阀的技术改进提供了参考。
In view of the series of problems, such as higher system power, lower reliability and stability, low efficiency of separation, high energy consumption and pollution and so on, in traditionally pneumatic drive NC electromagnetic air valve system of coal jig, a new type of numerical control air valve driven by the stepper motor was put forward. A detailed technical comparison between the working mechanism and field application was also made, which can provide reference to technical improvement of the jig's air valve for washing coal enterprises.
