摘要
电液伺服阀经过几十年的发展,衍伸出各种类型的电液伺服阀,不仅用户对繁杂的种类无从选择,电液伺服阀的从业人员也同样迷茫。作者从先导驱动形式、反馈形式、控制与稳定性和结构设计等方面详细阐述了电液伺服阀的初始设计理念,并针对设计理念对用户使用影响进行了介绍。
        With several decades of development, different kinds of Electrohydraulic Servo Valve(EHSV) have been emerging in the market, which makes it difficult to choose right ones for both users and people in the EHSV industry. It is elaborated on initial design concept of EHSV from the aspect of Pilot Driver, Feedback, Control and stability, Structure Design, and also introduced the effect that design concept has on users.
