电液伺服阀滑阀级饱和理论及其应用

摘要
对于某一尺寸规格量级中一些输出流量相对较大的电液伺服阀,设计时必须考虑其功率放大级滑阀部分的流量饱和问题。通过理论分析,建立电液伺服阀滑阀级考虑流量饱和的输出流量函数及流量曲线的理论线性度函数,得到了设计电液伺服阀时避免出现和减小流量饱和问题的理论依据。利用该结论对某一具有严重流量饱和问题的电液伺服阀进行了优化,设计了一新型号产品。通过与实际产品的对比,验证了该饱和输出流量函数公式的实用性及在产品设计生产时的应用价值。
        During the design of the electro-hydraulic servovalve, if the output flow of the electro-hydraulic servovalve is relatively large, the designer must consider its flow saturation problem. Through theoretical analysis, the flow function of servovalve and the theoretical linearity expression of the function which contained the saturation factors were established. These conclusions could be used as a theoretical basis to avoid or weaken the flow saturation problem in electro-hydraulic servovalve design.This theory was used to optimize an existing servovalve whose output flow curve was severely saturated, a new servovalve was designed and produced. By comparing the old and the new servovalve, the application value of the theory in electro-hydraulic servovalve design was verified.
