摘要
根据功率放大、精密整流、电压跟随器、滤波、电压比较器、计数器、单片机等原理,我们以任意波信号发生器产生的信号经功率放大电路驱动后的新信号作为电流信号检测装置的输入信号,频率范围为50Hz~1kHz,可以达到基本要求。电流信号检测装置:我们采用INA128P作为前置放大器,将功率放大器的输出放大,一部分由精密整流电路以LF353为中心将正负交替的正弦交流电压整流成单方向的脉动电压再经由电压跟随器以及电容滤波以LF353为中心使单方向的脉动电压变为电压平均值信号为测电流信号的峰峰值做准备。另一部分经由过零电压比较器以LM339为核心变成方波然后经由二极管变成一个计数器观察几次过零为测电流信号频率做准备。最后将两方面信号接到单片机;STC8A8K-64S4A12上这样可消除噪声进行优化的同时测得电流信号的峰峰值及频率。本方案的创新在于使用单片机对信号进行消噪优化。
        According to the power amplifier, precision rectifier, voltage follower, filtering and voltage comparator, counters, such as single chip microcomputer principle, we in an arbitrary wave generator to produce the signal after power amplification circuit drive new signal as input signal of current signal detection device, the frequency range of 50 hz ~ 1 KHZ, can meet the basic requirements. Current signal detection device: we adopt INA128 P as preamplifier, amplify the output of power amplifier, part by precision rectifier circuit with LF353 centered photocoupler plus or minus alternate sinusoidal ac voltage rectifier into pulsating voltage of the single direction again through voltage follower and capacitor filter with LF353 centered photocoupler make pulsating voltage of the single direction into a voltage signal to measure current signal of the average value of fengfeng.The other part through the zero voltage comparator with LM339 as the core into a square wave and then through the diode into a counter to observe a few times zero in preparation for the current signal frequency measurement. Finally the two aspects of signal receiving MCU; STC8 A8 K64 S4 A12 can eliminate noise optimization and so on fengfeng value of the measured current signal and frequency. Innovation of this scheme is to use single chip microcomputer for signal de-noising optimization.
