伺服控制电流信号检测技术研究

摘要
飞机结构静力/疲劳试验主要由加载控制系统、液压伺服系统、传感器等部分组成,控制系统输出的阀指令为电流信号,因此称之为伺服控制电流信号,在试验或调试过程中,因人为或意外等原因导致控制系统输出的伺服控制电流信号出现误差、中断、反向等故障,目前是通过交叉排除方式进行排查,即交叉更换伺服控制线缆、伺服阀、控制通道等一一进行排查,高利娃等研制了伺服阀检测灯,但是采用这种方法检测只能检测伺服阀线缆通断以及阀电流极性,无法精确地检测到伺服电流信号的大小,以及流经线缆时的损耗。文章针对以上问题设计了伺服控制电流检测装置,该装置根据控制系统的功率、信号输出范围、传输方式等特点,选择合适的转接插头、航空插座、开关、微型电流表等部件,通过合理的逻辑布局组合实现伺服控制电流的检测,最后通过功能验证以及试验应用表明伺服控制电流信号检测装置设计合理,检测结果准确、可靠、使用安全,大大地降低了试验调试与运行中的排故时间,使试验运行效率大幅度提高。
        The static/fatigue test of aircraft structure is mainly composed of loading control system, hydraulic servo system, sensor and so on. the valve instruction output by the control system is a current signal, so it is called servo control current signal. In the process of test or debugging, due to human or accident, the servo control current signal output by the control system has some faults, such as error, interruption, reverse and so on. at present, it is checked by means of cross elimination. That is to say, the servo control cable, servo valve, control channel and so on are cross-replaced one by one, and Gao Liwa et al have developed a servo valve detection lamp, but this method can only detect the on-off of the servo valve cable and the polarity of the valve current.It is impossible to accurately detect the size of the servo current signal and the loss when flowing through the cable. In order to solve the above problems, a servo control current detection device is designed in this paper. According to the characteristics of the control system, such as power, signal output range, transmission mode and so on, the device selects suitable components such as transfer plug, aviation socket, switch, micro ammeter and so on. The detection of servo control current is realized by reasonable logical layout combination. Finally, the functional verification and experimental application show that the design of servo control current signal detection device is reasonable, and the detection results are accurate, reliable and safe to use. The troubleshooting time in test debugging and operation is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of test operation is greatly improved.
