摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)是一种适用于痕量元素分析的仪器,具有基体效应小、检出限低等特点。本文以安捷伦公司7500系列电感耦合等离子体质谱仪为例,列举了废气排放装置温度高、截取锥锥口频繁损坏、雾化室温度过高、冷却水流量低等4个仪器故障实例,介绍了通过分析仪器设计结构和控制系统原理,进行推理找到仪器故障原因并进行处理的方法。对于电感耦合等离子体质谱仪等精密仪器修复工作中遇到的疑难问题处理,提供了一种思路,采用的处理方法和技巧有利于保持仪器的良好性能。
        Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)was an instrument suitable for the trace element analysis.It has the characteristics of small matrix effect and low detection limit.With 7500 series ICP-MS from Agilent Technologies as an example,four instrumental faults were listed including high temperature of exhaust gas discharging device,frequent damage of skimmer cone,excess temperature of atomizing chamber and low flow rate of cooling water.By introduction of the design structure and control system principle of the instrument,the cause of instrument fault and treatment method was found out by reasoning.Thus,a way to solve knotty problems for the recondition work of precision instruments such as ICP-MS was proposed.The proposed methods and skills were advantageous to maintaining good performance of instruments.
