摘要
为了研究B型套筒焊接对X80管线钢服役性能及腐蚀行为的影响,通过对X80母材及HAZ试样采用金相、硬度、拉伸、冲击、弯曲等测试,研究了焊接对管线钢各项理化性能的影响,并采用挂片失重法、表面分析(SEM/EDS)、电化学测试等方法,探究了套筒、X80母材及HAZ区在土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀电位及腐蚀速率。结果表明:X80母材及其焊接HAZ的理化性能均符合标准;在模拟溶液中浸泡7 d后,Q345B套筒腐蚀速率>X80HAZ腐蚀速率>X80母材腐蚀速率,电化学测试显示X80母材的腐蚀电流随着腐蚀时间的增加而减少,HAZ试样和套筒的腐蚀电流随时间的增加而增大。B型套筒焊接后对X80管线钢母材的理化性能影响不大; 3种试样的腐蚀速率均属于中度腐蚀,但随着腐蚀时间的延长,HAZ和套筒的腐蚀倾向性越大,O_2、SO4_~(2-)和Cl~-对管材的腐蚀起主导作用。
        Through the experiments of metallographic,hardness,tensile,impact and bending on X80 base metal and HAZ samples,the effect of welding on the physical and chemical properties of pipeline steel was studied. Besides,the weight loss method,surface analysis( SEM/EDS) and electrochemical test were used to study the corrosion potential and corrosion rate of the sleeve,X80 base metal and HAZ zone in the soil simulated solution. Results showed that soaking for 7 days in the simulated solution,the corrosion rate was ranked as Q345B sleeve> X80 HAZ> X80 parent material. Electrochemical tests showed that the corrosion current of X80 base metal decreased with the increase of corrosion time,and the corrosion current of HAZ zone and sleeve sample increased with time. After the B-type sleeve welding,the physical and chemical properties of the X80 pipeline steel base metal had little effect. HAZ zone and sleeve had large corrosion tendency,and the corrosion rates of the three types of samples belonged to moderate corrosion. O_2,SO_4~(2-) and Cl~- played leading roles in the corrosion of the pipe.
