摘要
通过对低压部件导致整车GB/T 18387-2008低频磁场发射超标典型案例的分析,系统地介绍测试数据分析、骚扰源定位、问题整改及验证的全过程,给出零部件磁场发射相关问题的有效解决办法,提出辐射发射超标的整改方向和基本思路。
Through analyzing the typical case in which low frequency magnetic field emission exceeding the vehicle standard GB/T 18387-2008 due to low voltage components, this paper introduces the complete process of test data analysis, disturbance source identification, issue modification and verification and provides the effective solutions to the problems related to component magnetic field emission. On the basis of analyzing this modification case, putting forward the modification direction and basic ideas to deal with the radiated emission exceeding standard limit.
