摘要
民航机场净空保护区是保证民航飞行不受障碍物影响而在机场周围划设一定范围的区域,由内水平面、锥形面、进近面、起飞爬升面等部分组成,在净空保护区内对障碍物的顶部高程有严格限制。本文对民航机场净空保护情况进行了综述,对民航机场净空面的组成及相互关系进行了研究,提出了基于高斯平均引数的机场净空保护区关键位置点的解算方法及净空规划程序。
Airport clearance protection area is a certain range of area around the airport to ensure that civil aviation flight is not affected by obstacles. It is composed of inner horizontal surface, conical surface, approach surface,take-off climb surface, etc. There are strict restrictions on the elevation of obstacles in these areas. This paper summarizes the establishment and theory development of airport clearance protection areas, studies the componments of airports clearance surface and their interrelationships, and proposes solution method for key-position points of airport clearance protection area based on Gauss mid-latitude algorithm and airport clearance protection area establishment procedure are proposed.
