高职护生健康商数现状调查

摘要
目的调查高职护生健康商数现状及其影响因素,发现存在的健康问题,为学校做好护生健康管理,全面提升护生健康水平提供理论依据。方法以江苏卫生健康职业学院三年制高职护理专科在校生为研究对象,采用分层整群随机抽样方法,从2017级(一年级)、2016级(二年级)、2015级(三年级)中各抽取1个班共175名学生,进行问卷调查,计算健康商数。结果高职护生健康商数总分为(6.34±1.17)分,生活技能、精神状态、生活方式得分比较理想,关于医疗保健系统的知识、维护健康的知识、危害健康的因素和健康检测工具的知识及个人信仰等健康知识、自我保健得分值得警惕,尤其一年级新生最为薄弱。结论高职护生总体具有比较理想的健商,但在健康知识和自我保健技能上比较薄弱,学校应加强护生健康知识、文化、心理的教育,提高护生健康管理知识和技能。
Objective To explore the Health Quotient(HQ) of the nursing students and its influencing factors in higher vocational school, and provide theoretical foundation for health management on nursing students. Methods A cluster stratified sampling method was adopted to select 175 students randomly who participated in a questionnaire survey on HQ.Results The students' average HQ score was 6.34±1.17. The results of life skills, mental state, lifestyle were satisfactory.However, the results of self-care and health knowledge were in an alarming state.The scores of the students in the third grade were higher than those of the students in the first and second grade(P<0.05). Conclusions HQ of nursing students is at the ideal level. Following the raise of grade, the HQ levels of the students increase.The nursinge students are lack of self-care and health knowledge. The medical colleges should improve the health management and guidance role.
