摘要
本试验重点研究了华菱湘钢不同种类造球精矿、膨润土及配矿对球团矿性能的影响,以达到提高球团矿铁品位、降低硅含量的目的。研究结果表明:配用B有利于降低膨润土配比,提高A和E配比不利于提高球团矿成品球强度;当A和E在配矿中比例提高时,适宜的膨润土用量呈现上升的趋势;膨润土类型对球团性能影响显著,配加PRTD有利于成品球强度;使用PRTC可有效降低膨润土配比,从而提高球团矿铁品位,生球质量和成品球理化指标均可达到质量要求。
This experiment focuses on the effects of different kinds of iron ore concentrates,bentonite(provided by Xiangtan Steel), and different ores blending of pelletizing raw material on the properties of pellets, for the purpose of increasing iron content and decreasing silicon content in iron ore pellets. The results of the study show that: The use of B is beneficial to reducing the ratio of bentonite. Increasing the ratio of A and E is not conducive to improving the pellet strength of pellets; When the proportion of A and E increases in the ores blending test,the appropriate amount of bentonite is on the rise; The type of bentonite has a significant influence on the performance of pellets, and adding PRTD is beneficial to the strength of the finished ball; The use of PRTC can effectively reduce the ratio of bentonite, so as to improve the iron grade of pellets, and to meet the quality requirements for pellets, and for physical and chemical indexes of finished products.
