摘要
为实现水质综合生物毒性的远程在线监测,文中在水质综合生物毒性分析仪研究基础上,基于Windows和Android平台开发了包括改进曲线拟合算法的,以Fabonacci法进一步优化改进的曲线拟合模型的各项系数,编写毒性物质成分和浓度预测的远程在线水质生物毒性预测软件。通过探讨磁力搅拌时间、培养温度、暴露时间及p H值范围对EC50测定值的作用,分析各条件对发光菌生物毒性实验的影响。经验证,加入该软件的分析仪测量精度高、稳定性好,实现了远程在线监测。
In order to achieve the remote online monitoring of water quality comprehensive biological toxicity,in this paper,based on comprehensive biological toxicity analyzer of water quality,improved curve fitting method based on Windows and Android was developed,coefficient of curve fitting model was further improved with Fabonacci method,solveing the remote online prediction software of water quality biological toxicity predicted concentration and toxic substances.Through discussing the magnetic stirring time,cultivating temperature,exposure time,and the function of the p H range on EC50 measurements,influence conditions on the luminescent bacteria biological toxicity experiment were analyzed.Experiments show that the analyzer with the software has high measuring accuracy,good stability,realizing the remote online monitoring.
