摘要
采用向阳极氧化槽液中加入硫酸铵、与槽液中的铝离子发生反应,使其以沉淀析出的方法,研究将氧化槽液中铝离子含量控制在15g/L以下,减少硫酸槽液排放,达到节约成本及环保的最佳工艺。
By adding ammonium sulfate to anodic oxidation bath, which react with the aluminum ions in the bath, making it precipitate out, aluminum ion content in liquid oxidation tank are controlled under 15 g/L, to reduce sulfur acid tank liquid emissions, the best technology of saving cost and environmental protection are obtained.
