摘要
十堰某区生活垃圾填埋场于2014年服役,规模80 t/d,服务年限17.5年。原渗滤液通过槽车运往乡镇处理厂处理,后政策收窄,填埋场渗滤液需自行处理达标排放。为此,需新建渗滤液处理工程,规模40 m~3/d,位于填埋场内,占地1亩,采用微电解/芬顿氧化+AO塔+两级DTRO处理工艺,处理后达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染物控制标准》(GB16889-2008)表2直排标准。该工程于2017年6月份开始建设,2018年调试运行,至今渗滤液经过处理后能够稳定达标排放。
        The Domestic Waste Landfill in a district of Shiyan City was commissioned in 2014 with a scale of 80 t/d and a service life of 17.5 years. The original leachate is transported to the township treatment plant through the tank truck, and the policy is narrowed. The landfill leachate needs to be disposed of by itself. To this end, a new leachate treatment project with a scale of 40 m~3/d is required, which is located in the landfill and covers an area of 1 mu. It adopts micro-electrolysis/Fenton oxidation + AO biological reaction tower + two-stage DTRO treatment process, and reaches the direct discharge standard of Table 2 of GB16889-2008(GB16889-2008). The project started construction in June 2017 and was commissioned and operated in 2018. So far, the leachate has been treated to achieve stable discharge.
