地方本科师范院校转型发展初探——以新发展理念为引领

摘要
新发展理念是地方本科师范院校转型发展的行动指南。地方本科师范院校转型发展应自觉坚持以新发展理念为理论先导和方法引领,回归高等教育规律和常识,通过振兴教师教育、构建应用型人才培养体系、促进学科交叉融合发展、推动政产教协同办学、深化管理模式改革等多元化路径,积极探索科学有效的一体化转型发展模式。
The new develop ment concept is the guidance for the transformation and development of local normal universities,which should consciously takethe concept as the theoretical and practical guide, return to the rules and common sense of higher education,construct thepractical talent training system through the revitalization of teacher education, promote the cross-disciplinary integration and development and government-industry-education cooperation in managing schools, deepen the reform of management mode and actively explore a scientific and effective mode of integrated transformation and development.
