Wetland is a non-renewable scarce resource. Urban wetland is a very important link in the process of forming natural ecosystem of a city. Urban wetland landscape parkscan obviously speed up the urban ecological restoration, restoring and preservingvery well the green ecology. Thus, the urban ecology can get regenerated and restored very well. The design and construction of urban wetland landscape park fully conform to the ecological "aesthetic"consciousness of modern people, improve the quality of life of urban residents, create a"green, low carbon"life atmosphereand further promote the sustainable development of the city. Firstly, this paper summarizes the basic concept of wetland landscape park. Then,it analyzes the ecological functions of the wetland landscape park. Finally,it focuses on the expounding of ecological properties and ecological design of the wetland landscape park, attempting to provide practical basis and reference for the ecological planning and layout of the modern wetland landscape parks.
