地方应用型本科院校人才培养面临的问题及对策研究——以广东海洋大学人才培养专题调查为例

摘要

我国正处于经济转型的关键期,需要大量高素质的应用型人才作为支撑。对于应用型本科院校,如何培养高素质应用型人才,并提高人才培养质量已经成为迫在眉睫的问题。为了进一步了解地方应用型本科院校人才培养过程中面临的问题,文章以广东海洋大学为例,采用问卷调查等实证方法,对应用型本科人才培养机制进行实证调查,从人才培养模式改革、教学平台建设、教学管理约束与激励机制、学风教风建设、教师队伍建设等方面进行归纳分析,并针对教学建设和教学运行中存在的问题,从机制和体制方面提出合理化的改革建议。
        Our country is in a critical period of economic transformation,and needs large amounts of high-quality application-oriented talents as a support. How to train application-oriented talents and improve the quality of talent cultivation is just around the corner for Application-oriented undergraduate colleges. We conduct a survey on application-oriented talents cultivation mechanism based on Guangdong Ocean University to learn more about problems of application-oriented local undergraduate colleges' talents cultivation,and make inductive analysis from talents cultivation reform, teaching platform construction, teaching management constraints and incentive mechanism,learning and teaching atmosphere construction, teachers team construction. And put forward rational suggestions which in side of mechanism and system for the problems of teaching construction and operation.
