血浆游离脂肪酸水平在心血管疾病中诊断价值

摘要
目的探讨游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平与心血管疾病相关性及其临床诊断价值。方法分别比较不同类型的冠心病患者中FFA水平,探讨FFA与不同类型冠心病的相关性。结果冠心病组中FFA水平在多支病变组中(0. 76±0. 56) mmol/L大于单支病变组(0. 65±0. 38) mmol/L和两支病变组(0. 61±0. 41) mmol/L,三亚组间比较有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。多元Logistic逐步回归分析中发现,FFA是急性心肌梗死的独立危险因素(P <0. 05)。结论血浆FFA是心肌梗死型冠心病独立危险因素之一,可作为一项独立的生化指标对心肌梗死进行初步的辅助诊断。
