术前全面整体宣教在结直肠癌术患者中的应用

摘要
目的了解术前全面整体护理健康宣教在结直肠癌手术患者护理中的应用及效果。方法将我院收集2016年11月—2018年11月的52例结直肠癌手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用术前全面整体护理健康宣教。比较两组满意度;术前患者对结直肠癌的了解水平、对结直肠癌手术的了解水平以及住院时间;护理前后癌症患者生活质量量表分数、术前焦虑自评量表分数、术前心率。结果实验组满意度、癌症患者生活质量量表分数、术前焦虑自评量表分数、术前心率、术前患者对结直肠癌的了解水平、对结直肠癌手术的了解水平以及住院时间方面均相较对照组更好,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论结直肠癌手术患者实施术前全面整体护理健康宣教效果理想。
Objective To understand the application and effect of preoperative holistic nursing health education in the nursing of patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery. Methods 52 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery from November 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received preoperative comprehensive health education. Compare the satisfaction of the two groups; the level of understanding of colorectal cancer before operation, the level of understanding of colorectal cancer surgery and hospitalization time; quality of life scale scores of cancer patients before and after nursing, preoperative anxiety self-rating scale scores, preoperative heart rate. Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had better satisfaction, QOL score, preoperative self-rating anxiety scale score, preoperative heart rate, preoperative patients' understanding of colorectal cancer, preoperative patients' understanding of colorectal cancer surgery and hospitalization time, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of preoperative comprehensive holistic nursing health education for patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery is ideal.
