摘要
报废汽车的回收因事关环保和资源重复利用而被受社会的广泛关注。文章首先据近十年汽车保有量的数据,通过灰色系统模型和Matlab软件,预测出2022年我国报废汽车的数量,提出报废汽车回收面临严峻的挑战;其次,对闭环供应链下汽车回收的三种模式的流程图、模型设计、优缺点进行分析,发现现有的回收模式和定价存在很多弊端,不利于环保和资源的重复利用,制约了废旧汽车回收行业的发展;再次,通过优化理论与方法,对三种模式进行建模求解,经过定量分析,给出不同模式下行业回收利润最优的条件,并通过数值验证;最后,结合我国国情,给出当前我国应以第三方回收模式为主,大力扶持企业间进行联盟为辅,通过联盟模式加快我国报废汽车回收行业发展的建议。
        The recycling of scrapped automobiles has been widely concerned by the society because of its environmental protection and the reuse of resources. First of all, according to the data of car ownership in the past ten years, through grey system model and Matlab, the number of scrapped automobiles in China was predicted in 2022, and the serious challenge of retrieving scrapped automobiles was proposed. Secondly, the flow chart, model design and advantages and disadvantages of the three modes of automobile recycling in the closed-loop supply chain are analyzed, and the existing recycling mode and pricing are found to have many drawbacks, which are not conducive to environmental protection and the reuse of resources,and restrict the development of the automobile recycling industry. Thirdly, through the optimization theory and method, the three models are modeled and solved. Through quantitative analysis, the optimal conditions for the industry to recover profits under different models are given and verified by numerical simulation. Finally, according to China's national conditions, the paper gives the suggestion that China should take the third-party recycling mode as the main mode, support the enterprises to carry out alliance as the supplement, and accelerate the development of China's scrap automobile recycling industry through the alliance mode.
