肝胆专科体检及健康管理对策

摘要
目的以肝胆专科体检实践为切入点,对依托专科医院开展专科体检以加强健康管理总结经验提出思考。方法通过对某专科医院2014—2016年肝胆专科体检的做法和成效进行回顾性分析,探讨开展专科体检可行性和对健康促进的作用。结果肝胆专科体检形成一套比较完善的工作模式,包括设计体检内容、优化体检流程、强化技术支撑、突出专科指导、开展健康宣教等,受到体检者欢迎,肝癌检出率高于健康体检人群。结论专科体检契合人群健康需求和健康管理发展趋势,通过高水平专科体检可加强疾病防治工作,进一步提高健康管理和医疗服务水平。
Objective Based on the practice of hepatobiliary specialized physical examination, the authors raised thoughts about the experience of carrying out specialized medical examinations in specialized hospitals so as to improve health management. Methods A retrospective analysis of the practice and effectiveness of the hepatobiliary examination in a specialized hospital between 2014 and 2016 was conducted, and the feasibility of the special medical examination and its role in health improvement were discussed. Results A relatively complete working model was formed in hepatobiliary specialized physical examination, including design of the examination content, optimization of the examination process, promotion of technical supports, highlighting the role of specialist guidance, and delivery of health education. This model was popular among medical examiners and the detection rate of liver cancer in this model was higher than that conducted among healthy people. Conclusion The specialized physical examination model meets the health needs of the population and the development trend of health management. Disease prevention and control can be strengthened through high-level specialized medical examination, and the level of health management and medical service can be further improved.
