我国含朱砂中成药儿童用药信息调查分析

摘要
目的调查我国现行标准中含朱砂中成药涉儿及儿科用药情况,为含朱砂中成药的安全合理用药提供参考和依据。方法筛选我国现行四大药品标准中含朱砂中成药,对其种类、性状、处方、用法用量及注意事项进行相关统计。结果涉儿及儿科专用含朱砂中成药剂型不合理,毒性药材情况亟待调整,剂量及年龄划分不明确,说明书及警示语不规范。结论我国涉儿及儿科专用含朱砂中成药标准在剂型、处方、剂量、年龄划分,以及说明警示等方面还有待进一步完善。
Objective To investigate the Chinese patent medicine containing Cinnabaris for children and pediatric medication in China's current standards, and provide reference for safe and rational use. Methods Four major national medicine standards containing Cinnabaris in China were screened. Their types, characters, prescriptions, usage and dosage, and precautions were under relevant statistics. Results It was found that some formulations of Chinese patent medicine containing Cinnabaris for children and pediatrics were unreasonable; the situation of toxic medicine needed to be adjusted; the dosage and age were not clearly defined; the instructions and warnings were not standardized.Conclusion Chinese patent medicine containing Cinnabaris for children and in pediatrics in China should be improved from the aspects of formulations, prescriptions, dosage, age, descriptions and warnings.
