长庆气田陕224储气库地面工艺技术探讨

摘要
为了满足天然气调峰、应急和战略储备的需要,中国石油天然气股份有限公司拟在长庆气田开展50×l08 m3储气规模的马五5气藏储气库群筛选工作。包括陕224储气库和陕43储气库等5座含硫气藏储气库。鉴于目前国内外尚无成熟的含硫气藏型储气库地面工艺技术可借鉴。通过开展陕224含硫气藏储气库建设和注采试验研究,提出了"井口双向计量,注采双管,水平井两级降压,直井高压集气,开工注醇,中高压采气,加热节流,脱硫脱碳,三甘醇脱水"的地面工艺模式。在总结含硫气藏储气库H2S和CO2等气体组分在注采周期的变化规律的同时,并提出几点建议:(1)考虑到注采井场内管道和双向输气管道均属注采同管,管道在强注强采的同时将长期承受交变应力,应开展抗硫管材在交变应力影响下的选取和适应性分析工作;(2)气藏型储气库受垫底气的影响,采出气的压力和H2S和CO2等气体组分在不断变化,将对净化工艺产生较大影响;(3)储气库宜进行分期建设,初期建设规模不宜过大,以掌握注采周期的组分变化规律,提高净化装置的适应性。
        To meet the request of natural gas peak-shaving,emergency and strategic storage,Petro China intends to screen the gas storage groups with gas storage scale of 50×108 m3 in Changqin gas field,which will involve the Shan 224,Shan 43 and three other sulfur content gas storages.In?view?of there is no sulfur content gas storages technology can be learned.We proposed a " two-way metering,dual string in injection and gas production,two-stage buck horizontal wells,vertical wells high pressure gas gathering,the alcohol injection,high pressure gas and mining heating throttling,desulfurization and decarbonization,TEG dehydration" process model mainly through the construction of Shan 224 sulfur content gas storages and injection experimental study.Through H2 S and CO2 and other gases in the variation of the injection cycle in sulfur content gas storages,we can make a few suggestions:(1)Considering the injection wells inside the pipe and bidirectional gas pipeline injection are the same tube,pipe in strong note strong long-term bear while picking alternating stress,anti-sulfur pipe should be carried out under the stress of alternating selection and adaptation analysis work.(2)Gas reservoir-type gas storage affected by the bottom gas,produced gas pressure and gas components such as H2 S and CO2 is changing,the purification process will have a great effects.(3)Construction of gas storage should be carried out in phases,the initial construction of the scale should not be too large,in order to grasp the components of variation injection cycle,to improve the purification device adaptability.
