降低日粮氮磷水平对仔猪血液指标、碱性磷酸酶活性及骨骼钙磷含量的影响

摘要
为研究降低日粮中氮磷水平对仔猪血液指标、碱性磷酸酶活性及骨骼钙磷含量的影响。挑选60头约20kg的杜长大三元杂交猪,随机分成3组,即对照组、低磷组、低氮低磷组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头猪,分别饲喂含17.5%粗蛋白+0.60%磷、17.5%粗蛋白+0.42%磷+0.1%植酸酶、15.10%粗蛋白+0.42%磷+0.1%植酸酶+合成氨基酸日粮,试验期47 d。结果表明,1)低磷组和低氮低磷组血糖含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),低氮低磷组血磷、总蛋白和球蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与低磷组差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)低磷组和低氮低磷组血清和肋骨碱性磷酸酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),低磷组和低氮低磷组十二指肠碱性磷酸酶活性也均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)试验各组间掌骨中钙磷含量无显著差异(P>0.05),这表明降低日粮中氮磷水平并不影响骨骼中钙磷含量,对骨骼强度无显著影响。
        To investigate the effect of reduced nitrogen and phosphorus level in diet on serum biochemical parameters,alkaline phosphatase activities,calcium and phosphorus contents in bones of 60 piglets were selected and randomly divided into control group,low-phosphorus group( LP),low nitrogen and low phosphate group( LNP),and were fed with corn-soybean meal diets containing 17. 5% CP +0. 60% P,17. 5% CP + 0. 42% P + 0. 1% phytase,15. 10% CP + 0. 42% P + 0. 1% phytase + AA respectively. The trial lasted 47 d. The results showed that 1) compared with control group,the serum glucose content of LP and LNP group was significantly decreased( P < 0. 05). For the LNP group,the serum phosphate,total protein,and globulin concentrates were significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0. 05),but had no significant difference from that of the LP group(P >0. 05). 2) The AKP activ-ities in serum and in rib of LP and LNP group were significantly increased compared with those fo the control group(P < 0. 05). The Duodenal KAP of LP and LNP group was also increased compared with the control group,but there were not significant difference among the groups( P > 0. 05). 3) The calcium and phosphorus contents in bone does not have any significant difference among the groups(P > 0. 05).This suggests that reducing levels of nitrogen and phosphorus in the diet does not affect the content of calcium and phosphorus in bone,and does not have any significant effect on bone strength.
