摘要
大黄甘草汤出自《金匮要略》,是治疗胃肠实热呕吐之方,临床应用广泛。本文系统总结了国家级名老中医王新志教授应用大黄甘草汤治疗呕吐的临床经验,以"食已即吐"作为其辨证要点,而不拘泥于阳明胃热腑实之证,并附以验案一则,以期为临床顽固性呕吐的辨治提供思路。
Dahuang Gancao decoction(大黄甘草汤) is from The Synopsis of Golden Chamber, and it is used for the treatment of gastrointestinal solid fever vomiting, its clinical application is wide. This paper systematically summarizes the clinical experience of professor Wang Xinzhi, a famous old Chinese medicine at the national level, in the treatment of emesis with Dahuang Gancao decoction(大黄甘草汤). Vomiting right after eating is regarded as its dialectical point, rather than being bound to Yang Ming's stomach-heat syndrome, and it is attached with a case study to provide ideas for the differentiation and treatment of clinical intractable emesis.
