摘要
"一带一路"倡议为中国和沿线国家经济发展带来机遇的同时,也给公共卫生带来新的挑战。为了切实应对"一带一路"公共卫生的挑战,降低"一带一路"倡议实施伴随的传染病传播风险,由中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病预防控制所牵头的"‘一带一路’重要传染病流行规律和预警应对技术研究"项目获得了"十三五"国家科技重大专项资助。该项目由王文玲研究员作为项目总负责人,汇集了我国新发突发传染病防控的17家优势单位,将围绕5个方面开展相关研究,包括:①"一带一路"重要传染病流行特征研究;②"一带一路"重要病媒生物携带病原体研究;③"一带一路"重要传染病输入风险和监测预警技术研究;④"一带一路"重要传染病协同防控关键技术研究;⑤"一带一路"重要传染病实验室保障技术研究。该项目实施将切实将传染病防控的关口前移,服务国家"一带一路"大卫生概念的现实需求,坚持推动"构建人类命运共同体"。
        "The Belt and Road"initiative promotes economic development to China and other countries,and brings new challenges to public health. In order to reduce the risk of infectious disease transmission accompanying implementation of the"One Belt,One Road"initiative,the National Science and Technology Major Project supports a project termed"The epidemiology,early warning and response techniques of major infectious diseases in the Belt and Road Initiative". Professor WANG Wenling(National Institute for Viral Disease Control and Prevention,China Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Beijing,China)is the chief scientist of this project. The project will focus on five aspects:(i)the epidemiology of major infectious diseases in the Belt and Road;(ii)the major vector-borne pathogens in the Belt and Road;(iii)the surveillance,risk assessment,and early warning techniques of major imported infectious diseases in the Belt and Road;(iv)the key techniques in collaborative prevention and control of major infectious diseases in the Belt and Road;(v)the laboratory safety techniques related to major infectious diseases in the Belt and Road. This research will effectively improve the ability of prevention and control of main infectious disease at an earlier stage,and achieve the need of"One Belt,One Road"concept of global public health and the goal of"Create a Community of Shared Future".
