摘要
在不使用催化剂下研究甲酸和3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇反应的工艺条件,通过单因素试验探讨原料配比、反应温度以及反应时间对得率的影响。实验表明酯化反应最佳工艺条件为:35℃、3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇和甲酸摩尔比1:1.6、反应4 h,得率61.80%。主要产物经GC-MS分析,鉴定为甲酸-3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-酯。
The synthetic process of 3-methyl-2-butene-1-ol and formic acid without catalyst was studied,and effects of ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature and reaction time on yield were discussed by singlefactor test. It was concluded that its optimum technological condition was that the reaction temperature was35 ℃;molar ratio of 3-methyl-2-butene-1-ol and formic acid was 1 to 1.6;reaction time was 4 hours. Theyield was 61.80%. The main product was formic acid-3-methyl-2-butene-1-ol ester which was identified by means of GC-MS.
