手术室舒适护理应用于急性阑尾炎患者中的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的对行手术治疗的急性阑尾炎患者予以手术室舒适护理,分析手术室舒适护理的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析90例急性阑尾炎患者资料,2016年1~12月作为此次研究时间选择段落,并按照患者入院顺序分为研究组与对照组,分别进行手术室舒适护理、常规护理。分析并比较两组患者的护理满意度评分、术中出血量、术后并发症(腹痛、恶心、腹腔感染)发生率。结果组间患者的护理满意度评分、术中出血量、术后并发症(腹痛、恶心、腹腔感染)发生率比较,差异有统计学意义,且研究组指标更优,即研究组患者的护理满意度评分更高,术中出血量、术后并发症(腹痛、恶心、腹腔感染)发生率均更低(P<0.05)。结论急性阑尾炎患者应用手术室舒适护理的临床疗效显著,能够有效提高患者的手术安全性。
Objective To provide comfort care in the operating room to patients with acute appendicitis and to analyze the clinical effect of comfort care in the operating room. Methods The data of 90 patients with acute appendicitis during the period from January to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into research group and control group according to the time of admission, and were treated with comfort care in the operating room and regular nursing respectively. The nursing satisfaction scores、bleeding volume during operation and the incidence of postoperative complication(stomachache, nausea, abdominal infection) between the groups were analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in nursing satisfaction scores, bleeding volume during operation and the incidence of postoperative complication(stomachache, nausea, abdominal infection) between the two groups. And the research group had an advantage in the above indicators: the nursing satisfaction scores were higher and the bleeding volume during operation and the incidence of postoperative complication was less(P<0.05). Conclusion The applicant of comfort care in operating room to patients with acute appendicitis has significant clinical effect, which can improve the surgical safety of the patients.
