摘要
根据车用乙醇汽油组分油标准要求,不允许人为添加含氧化合物,MTBE不能再作为高辛烷值添加组分。随着汽油质量标准的升级,烷基化油成为取代MTBE的高辛烷值添加组分。与MTBE相比,烷基化油辛烷值低,馏分宽,导致汽油池调合组分比例和性质发生变化。文章利用全流程优化软件汽油调合模型测算生产乙醇组分油时,以烷基化油替代MTBE,与生产国Ⅵ汽油调合方案进行对比,预测汽油池性质,为乙醇组分油生产和烷基化油采购提供借鉴。
        According to the standard requirement of vehicle gasoline with ethanol component, artificial addition of oxygenates was not allowed. MTBE couldn't be used as high octane number additive component. With the upgrading of gasoline quality standards, alkylated oils were the high octane number additives to replace MTBE. Compared with MTBE, alkylated oils possessed lower octane number and wider fraction, resulting in changes in the proportion and properties of the blending components in gasoline pool. In this paper, the gasoline blending model of the whole process optimization software was used to calculate production of the gasoline with ethanol component. Alkylated oils were used instead of MTBE, and the blending scheme of gasoline was compared with that of the national Ⅵ gasoline, gasoline pool properties were predicted, references for production of the gasoline with ethanol component and purchase of alkylated oils were provided.
