摘要

高校培养农科人才主要是服务于农业农村农民的发展需要。坚持高校农科人才培养与农户科技需求对接有三大价值:揭示高校农科人才培养教育特质的本体价值,彰显资源永续利用基本诉求的认识价值,适应乡村振兴发展战略社会需要的实践价值。
        The cultivation of agricultural talents in colleges and universities mainly serves the development needs of farmers in agriculture and rural areas.Insisting on the docking of agricultural talents cultivation in colleges and universities with farmers′ scientific and technological needs has three great values,namely,revealing the ontological value of the educational characteristics of agricultural talents cultivation in colleges and universities,highlighting the cognitive value of the basic demand for sustainable utilization of resources,and adapting to the practical value of the strategic social needs of rural rejuvenation and development.
