综合护理干预在肝动脉灌注化疗治疗肝恶性肿瘤中的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在肝动脉灌注化疗治疗肝恶性肿瘤中的效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2018年10月肝病科收治的106例肝恶性肿瘤行肝动脉灌注化疗的患者。采取随机数字表法均分为两组。对照组53例患者采取常规护理,观察组53例患者采取综合护理干预,观察两组患者护理后改善效果。结果观察组53例患者护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组53例患者的生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过针对肝恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间实行综合护理干预有利于提升护理质量,对降低肝恶性肿瘤的负面影响有重要作用,值得广泛推广和临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy for hepatic malignancies. Methods A total of 106 patients with hepatic malignancies who were admitted to the Department of Hepatology from January 2018 to October 2018 were enrolled. The random number table method was divided into two groups. In the control group,53 patients underwent routine nursing, and 53 patients in the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention to observe the improvement effects of after treatment. Results The and nursing satisfaction of the 53 patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life of the 53 patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention during chemotherapy for patients with hepatic malignant tumors is beneficial to improve the quality of care, and has an important role in reducing the negative impact of hepatic malignancies. It is worthy of widespread promotion and clinical application.
