基于桥隧震害的震区公路连通性快速诊断方法

摘要
地震发生后如果能在第一时间对灾区公路交通生命线网络的连通可靠性状态进行快速诊断,对于灾害应急响应具有重要意义。但是实际中往往受到现场通信条件、气象条件、偏远地区经济条件的制约而难以实现。本文基于地震中公路设施破坏程度与地震烈度、公路设施本身技术状况三者之间所存在的稳定关系,以桥梁、隧道震害作为公路震害状态的基本表征,提出桥隧工况评价定量指标体系、理论等震线分析方法,完成了公路桥隧震害分析,从而提出了震后桥隧技术状况快速诊断方法。在此基础上,描述了基于该方法的震害管理系统开发流程和架构,并以云南大保高速公路为实例进行了验证。
        Quick diagnose of serviceability of the road traffic network in the disaster area at the first time after the earthquake is of great significance for the disaster emergency response.However,in reality it is difficult to realize because it is often constrained by on-site communication conditions,meteorological conditions,and economic conditions in remote areas.Based on the stable relationship between the damage degree of highway facilities and the seismic intensity and the technical conditions of the highway facilities,in this paper based on the stable relationship among the damage degree of highway facilities,seismic density and the technical situations of the highway facilities,the damages of bridges and tunnels being the basic representing feasures of ghihway damage during earthquake,the quantitative index system and theoretical isosceles analysis method for bridge and tunnel conditions are proposed,and highway bridge and tunnel damage analysis is completed,and a rapid diagnosis method for the post-quake bridge and tunnel technical sitations is proposed.On this basis,in this paper the development process and architecture of the seismic damage management system are described based on this method,and verified based on the Yunnan Dali-Baoshan Expressway.
