摘要
有机磷酸酯(Organophosphates esters,OPEs)作为一种新型的阻燃剂被广泛使用,替代了原有的溴代阻燃剂。目前已有研究表明OPEs普遍存在于环境中并具有潜在的毒性,所以受到了广泛的关注。因此本文综述了OPEs在环境基质中各个介质的暴露水平以及OPEs对水生生物、哺乳动物等生物体的神经毒性、生殖毒性和细胞毒性的研究。最后对OPEs的进一步研究以及存在的问题进行了分析和展望,以期促进中国的OPEs的生态环境和人体健康风险研究。
Organophosphates esters(OPEs) are widely used as a new type of flame retardant to replace the original brominated flame retardants. Previous research showed that OPEs were widespread in the environment and have potential toxicity,so it has attracted lots of attention. Therefore,this article reviewed the exposure level of OPEs in various media in environmental matrix and research on neurotoxicity,reproductive toxicity and cytotoxicity of OPEs to various organisms including aquatic organism and mammal. At last,the paper discussed the perspectives for future studies in order to promote the ecological environment and human health risk of OPEs in China.
