摘要
<正>高血压病、糖尿病、吸烟、高脂血症、高龄、肥胖等是导致冠状动脉粥样硬化的明确原因,而冠状动脉粥样硬化是冠状动脉侧支循环形成的触发因素[1-2]。冠状动脉侧支循环在冠状动脉狭窄或闭塞时可以给心肌供血,因此冠状动脉侧支血管的发育程度对疾病预后有相当大的影响,如通过预防急性心肌梗死
