摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备基于聚对苯二甲酰己二胺共聚物(PA6T/6I)的可激光焊接的增强复合材料,考察了成核剂及少量尼龙66 (PA66)对复合材料的激光透过性、热稳定性、力学和流动性能的影响。结果表明,成核剂使复合材料的透光率降低,而PA66可使复合材料的透光率显著提高;两者对复合材料的热稳定性及力学性能无明显影响; PA66可使材料的流动性得到提高。
        The poly( terephthaloyl hexanediamine) based glass fiber reinforced composites for laser welding applications were prepared by twin-screw extruder and the influence of the nucleating agent and a small amount of PA66 on transmission properties, thermo stabilities, mechanical properties and flowing property of composites were studied. The results show that the nucleating agent could decrease the light transmittance of the composite and the small amount of PA66 could increase its light transmittance obviously.These two additives have slight influence on thermal and mechanical properties of the composite. PA66 could improve the flowability of composite.
