烟丝结构对卷烟燃烧锥掉落率的影响分析

摘要
通过不同孔径筛网(YQ.2型烟丝结构震动分选仪)筛出不同长度烟丝,设计单因素试验和正交试验,然后按试验水平进行卷烟机样品制备,测定卷烟燃烧锥掉落情况。分析结果表明,烟丝结构对卷烟燃烧锥掉落率的影响因素大小顺序为薄片丝比例>长丝比例>中丝比例>梗丝比例。方差分析表明,p值小于0.01,薄片丝比例、长丝比例、中丝比例、梗丝比例对卷烟燃烧锥掉落率均有显著的影响。综合单因素试验和正交试验结果分析,卷烟燃烧锥掉落率最佳烟丝结构比例为长丝比例45%,中丝比例25%,短丝比例15%,梗丝比例10%,薄片丝比例5%。按照烟丝结构配比卷制卷烟,结果显示烟丝结构调整后,卷烟燃烧锥掉落率为2.23%,优化后的卷烟燃烧锥掉落率低于试验的测试结果;与未优化前的卷烟燃烧锥掉落率12.7%相比,调整烟丝结构对卷烟燃烧锥掉落率有积极的影响。
        Through different aperture sieve(YQ.2 type tobacco structure vibratory separator),different lengths of shredded tobacco are screened out. Single-factor test and orthogonal test are designed. Then cigarette sample is prepared according to the test level. Happening. The results show that the order of influence factors of the structure of cigarette cut on cigarette burning cone is as follows proportion of filament > ratio of filament > proportion of filament > proportion of stem. The variance analysis show that the p value is less than 0.01,the proportion of filament,the ratio of filament,the proportion of mesophyll and the proportion of stalk were significant. The results show that the ratio of filaments is 45%,the proportion of filaments is 25%,the proportion of short filament is 15%,the proportion of stem is 10%,The proportion of thin wire is 5%. In accordance with the proportion of tobacco structure cigarette cigarette. The results show that cigarette cigarette cone drop rate is 2.23% after adjusting tobacco structure,and the drop rate of cigarette burning cone after optimization was lower than that of experiment.Compared with 12.7% cigarette burning cone,Adjusting the tobacco structure on the cigarette burning cone has a positive impact on the drop rate.
